中国与中亚国家的合作及上合组织的深入发展之所以面临诸多挑战与困境,其深层动因在于中国文化在中亚传播与认同存在制约因素。中国文化走向中亚的障碍因素主要表现为:对中国文化在中亚影响力的评估与认识上的偏差、冷战结束后多种文化力量在中亚并存竞争、中亚孔子学院运作过程中存在的问题、苏联解体后中国劣质商品大量涌入中亚及其产生的负面影响。

China's cooperation with Central Asian countries and SCO's further development are faced with many challenges owing to the constraining factors of the dissemination and approval of Chinese culture in Central Asian countries.The obstructive factors are the deviant evaluation and understanding of the impact of Chinese culture in Central Asia,the rivalry of multiple cultural competitions in Central Asia after the Cold War,the problems with the operation of Confucius Institutes there,and the negative effects by the Chinese shoddy products swarming in Central Asia after the disintegration of USSR.
