中国与中亚文化交流历史悠久,中亚五国独立后,中国与中亚国家文化交流有了一定的发展,但也存在一些制约因素。中亚五国独立后与中国文化交流状况主要体现在:教育、科研、文化艺术和体育活动等方面。针对中国与中亚国家文化交流方面存在的问题,提出相应的对策建议,主要有加强政策支持力度,从战略高度重视文化交流,形成高层次交流与合作机制,改变对外文化交流形式单一的状况等,从而进一步促进和加强中国与中亚国家的文化交流与合作。

China has a long history of cultural exchanges with Central Asia.Since the independence of the five countries in Central Asia,China has made some progress in the cultural exchanges with Central Asia,but there are factors restricting the exchanges.The exchanges are mainly in education,scientific research,arts and sports.In light of the existing problems,this paper proposes that,to further promote and strengthen cultural communications and cooperations,policy supports must be reinforced,cultural exchanges must be strategically emphasized,a high-level exchange and cooperation mechanism must be formed,and the single cultural communications form must be changed.
